Intersection is a young M&A advisory firm, set up by an old practitioner in marketing services and technologies.
It was launched in Autumn 2016 in Oxford by Christophe Cauvy, who, after a few years in finance, notably at JP Morgan in Paris, spent the next 25 years in marcom services & digital technologies.
Intersection focuses on digital (martech, adtech, videotech and data) and professional services (creative, content, design, innovation and consumer research).
We have gone through three trade sales and are currently working on six sell-side assignments, with clients based in Europe and the USA.
