Set up in 2016 in Oxford by Christophe Cauvy, a digital practitioner, with 25+ years of experience in marcom services & technology, Intersection focuses on digital (martech, adtech, videotech and fintech) and professional services (creative, content, design, innovation and data).
Our view is that selling a business is not just about valuation. It is also about personal goals (for the founders and the management team) and strategic vision (for the future of the company, its brand, its capabilities and its staff).
