WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US
After having spent 25 years in large corporations, from JP Morgan & Fitch to Interpublic & WPP, Christophe set up M&A advisory firm Intersection because he enjoys working with entrepreneurs like you.
During his career, he learned, amongst other things, how to acquire and, importantly, integrate businesses.
Today, he focuses on helping entrepreneurs
for whom selling their firm might be a once in a lifetime experience.
When you are ready to consider a sale,
you’ll find that Intersection can guide you through the financial requirements,
and Christophe brings a practitioner’s understanding and feel for how to market your proposition.
Also, he can bring an extensive & international industry network,
which means he can identify acquiring groups
with the right fit for you.
His role is to accompany you during the sale process, which can be an emotional roller coaster, as you seek to maximise the value of your capabilities, brand, savoir-faire and culture
- as well as ensure a future for your company, partners and employees.
